Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items purchased on Freedomdesign are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the items fall into one of the following categories:

  • Item is Damaged in Transit

  • Incorrect Item is Delivered

  • Item is Defective or Misprinted

If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item. Please send us an email at or through our and we can set that up for you!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID, Transaction ID, Email,…etc).

Because it’s all custom-made, there’s no need to send anything back.

Refunds 

Refunds via PayPal 

The refund will return to the account used to make the purchase. This will appear as credit in your account which you can use to make a new purchase, or request to withdraw to your bank account. Log in to PayPal to get started.

How long will the refund take?

The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalise refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if the items fall into one of the following categories:

  • Item is Damaged in Transit

  • Incorrect Item is Delivered

  • Item is Defective or Misprinted

We’ll email you a new order number. When it’s heading out the door we’ll send you a shipping email and let you know when to expect it. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
